About Me
I love to code, solve problems, and build. I'm a Typescript-React enjoyer and a stan for the new school ecosystem around it.
I’m more of a luthier than a lumberjack when it comes to coding, but never afraid to get my hands dirty -- we're doing work after all, not art. In my career I have found that building things right the first time is a lot cheaper than patching things up later; as the adage goes: "temporary solutions often become permanent". Of course we usually have no idea what "right" is until we build the thing at least once… such is the cycle of development.
I like headphones, bicycles, videogames and I'm a little bit addicted to coffee and playing chess online. Started learning math and comp-sci again, right now exploring Terrance Tao's Analysis I with a group of friends (we call ourselves the "Nulladik Emelet Matek Szakkör") and I'm also reading The Elements of Computing Systems: Building a Modern Computer from First Principles.
I do believe agentic coding is the future, but they will never take my job away. The deep, human understanding of a problem space and the World surrounding it will never be replaced, but can be greatly enhanced by AI.
